One of the most famous players ever to wear a New York Red Bulls jersey is cashing out of the downtown home he bought when he arrived in the city.

Arsenal and French national team great Thierry Henry has listed his three-level penthouse at 39 Crosby Street for $25 million, a sale first reported by The Wall Street Journal.

Henry and his partner, Andrea Rajacic, paid $14.85 million for the apartment in 2010, the year he signed with the Red Bulls.

The condo, also known by its 425 Broome Street address, sits in an 1872 building within the SoHo Cast Iron Historic District. It spans 6,086 square feet indoors and adds roughly 3,400 square feet of outdoor space, according to the listing description.

The main living area is a seventh-floor great room with 14-foot ceilings. The primary suite opens onto its own terrace of about 800 square feet, and the rooftop offers another 1,221 square feet with an outdoor kitchen.

In a neighborhood where finding a parking spot can feel like a full-time job, the apartment also comes with two deeded parking spaces.

This isn’t the first time Henry has tried to sell, as he put the penthouse on the market in 2024 at an asking price north of $26 million.

Joshua Judge, Glenn Norrgard and Sam Sitinas of Sotheby’s International Realty hold the listing.
