A New SoHo Restaurant Has Taken Over the Old Little Ways Space on West Broadway

A bi-level SoHo room that once hosted a supper club has a new tenant, and it opened its doors Thursday.

Good Company, at 343 W. Broadway, moved into the former Little Ways space. It’s the new project from the team behind Waiting on a Friend and Yesterday’s, the Bleecker Street spot that opened in the West Village earlier this year.

Executive chef Robert Sieber arrives with a fine-dining résumé, Great Bites reports: stints at Daniel Boulud’s DB Bistro Moderne and at Jungsik, plus leadership roles at The Surf Lodge and The Snow Lodge.

The pitch, as Dining Out New York describes it, is modern American comfort food paired with inventive cocktails, in a two-level room built for after-work drinks and date nights.

Shareable plates include fried Losada olives stuffed with Italian sausage, wagyu French dip sliders, and grilled mortadella skewers glazed with hot honey. Larger plates are led by the signature Good Burger and a crispy fish sandwich on a potato roll. Dessert is a build-your-own banana split.

The bar’s signature is the Matchapeno, a carryover from Yesterday’s, made with jalapeño-infused Código Blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, and matcha.

Good Company’s website greets visitors with “We’ve arrived” and signs off with “Thank you, come again!” Its menu page still reads “coming soon,” but the site is already taking private event inquiries, promising that “you can tell this place is gonna be good.” Updates are posted on Instagram at @goodcompanysoho.
